A Family History
Aramis Rooms was born in 2007 from an idea of the daughter of the historic owners.
In the past, the structure was the home of a family of Florentine hoteliers, and the current property reflects the history of this family.
In fact, after a few years of external management, at the beginning of 2018, small changes were made, and the hotel business was reinterpreted by the members of the family itself. We do this work with enormous passion, trying to make our guests feel at home.
Aramis Rooms is pleased to welcome you! We inform you on the internal regulations, sure that the rules set forth ,will be followed by common sense and mutual respect.
Reception is open every day from 9.00am to 4.00pm.
Once the reservation is made, if your arrival is scheduled at a different time from the reception opening, please inform the structure by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or by message at +39 3200676916.
Agreements will be made with the client to access the facility.
Check-in time is from 9:00 to 16:00.
The rooms will be available starting from 13:00 except in special cases.
In case you do not have access to the room, you can still check in and leave your luggage in our storage, relax in our living room or start early in the morning to visit the wonderful Florence, we will personally take care of arranging your luggage in your room.
You can enjoy your breakfast, and then in peace and comfort, return to your room to change or settle down and start your day!
On the day of departure, the rooms must be left by 10:30 am to allow cleaning and delivery to new arrivals.
During your stay, the rooms must be left by 11.00 am to allow the daily cleaning, please arrange your belongings with common sense, in order to allow them.
In case you do not want to be disturbed, please put the appropriate "do not disturb" sign outside the door.
However, we would like to point out that after 11:00 am the daily cleaning of the room is not insured.
At the end of the stay, during the check-out, the keys of the room must be returned at the reception. In case of loss of the keys the damage will be charged (equal to 30 €).
In special cases where the customer needs to leave early, before the arrival of the staff of the structure, you can leave the keys above the desk at the reception.
After check out, we offer the possibility for our customers to deposit their luggage in the special compartment located in the corridor, in this way we alloy you to spend more time in Florence before leaving.
The staff remains in the structure until 16:00, in case your return to the structure to pick up your luggage goes beyond this time, you can use the codes provided to enter independently and recover your luggage.
NB: We invite you to take you to your personal belongings.
Aramis Rooms declines any responsibility for the loss or stealing of objects owned by you.
Inside the room or bathroom you will find everything you need: blankets, pillows, towels, personal hygiene products, etc ...
For any other needs do not hesitate to ask, we will do our best to accommodate you.
The change of linen is done every 3 days, except in exceptional cases.
Please have a proper and civil use of the toilets, avoiding to throw in the toilet material other than toilet paper (use the appropriate bins)
Take care to turn off the light, air conditioners, TV, and other facilities when you are leaving the room.
Please the kettle could be used only for WATER ,it is strictly forbidden to insert any other material.
It is recommended to respect the silence in the canonical hours from 22:30 to 8:00, and in any case please keep a behaviour that at no time of day will damage the tranquillity of the other guests.
For reasons of hygiene and any allergies from customers, no pets are allowed.
IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN:
To smoke inside the entire structure, punishment sanctions listed by law.
To allow guests to access other unregistered persons within the facility.
To consume and prepare food in the room. (except the courtesy service offered with the kettle)
To make use of alcohol or drugs within the structure.
To connect any electrical appliance to the electrical system (electric heaters, electric heaters, gas stoves, etc.), since they can cause damage to the structure.
To sit on the radiators located inside the room.
Any damage due to the impact or breakage caused to the structure or its annexed equipment must be declared to the manager of the structure, in order to evaluate the entity and a possible refund.
Anyone who causes such damages is legally responsible according to the regulations in force.
Cancellations and / or changes are FREE, if requested within the specified terms (3 days before the arrival date).
In case of no show, early departure or late arrival you will be required to pay a penalty equal to the amount of 1 night.
For reservations from 4 nights and more, cancellations and / or changes will be FREE if requested within the specified terms (7 days prior to arrival) and must be sent via e-mail to email@example.com otherwise a penalty will be deducted equal to 50% of the total reservation.
For reservations, the failure to present, early departure or late arrival will be required to pay a penalty equal to 50% of the total reservation.
For the reservation of small groups and for special periods, the Management reserves the right to request an advance payment of a deposit to guarantee the reservation and provide a cancellation policy different from the default that will be communicated at the time of booking.
In any case, the reservation must always be confirmed by Aramis Rooms.
