A family history

Aramis Rooms was born in 2007 from an idea of the daughter of the historic owners.

In the past the structure was the home of a family of Florentine hoteliers, and the current ownership reflects the history of this family. In fact, after a few years of external management, at the end of 2017 minor renovations were made, and the hotel business was taken over and reinterpreted by the grandson of the family itself. 

Let me introduce myself

My name is Marco, I was born in 1990, and since 2017 I have decided to specialise in the tourist accommodation sector, becoming a non-hotel manager and entrepreneur, also specialising as a Property Manager.

I do this job with enormous passion and professionalism, trying to make our guests feel at home.

I am the owner and manager of my structure ARAMIS ROOMS, and Property Manager of 5 flats in the historical centre of Florence.

RULES/INFORMATION

Aramis Rooms is pleased to welcome you: here follows the house rules and useful information, safe in the knowledge that the rules laid down therein will be followed by common sense and mutual respect.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE

Reception is open for reception every day from 9:00 to 13:30 (we are available h24)

BEYOND THESE HOURS YOU CAN STILL ENTER THE FACILITY AT ANY TIME USING CODES, A SELF CHECK-IN WILL BE CARRIED OUT AND YOU WILL BE ATTENDED TO FOR ANY NEEDS.

Once you have made your reservation, in order to facilitate our work, please communicate your arrival time by email to info@aramisrooms.com, or by Whatsapp message to +393403924296, otherwise, we will still contact you.

CHECK-IN

Check-in time in person is from 8:30 to 13:30.

From 13:30 onwards you can access the hotel via a self check-in, which is quick and convenient.

Rooms are generally ready from 12 noon onwards (if they are ready earlier, we are happy to accommodate you immediately).

In case your room is not ready, you can still check in and leave your luggage in our storage room, relax in our living room or start from the early morning to visit the wonderful Florence, we will personally take care of arranging your luggage in your room.

CHECK OUT

On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 10:30 a.m. to allow for cleaning and handing over to new arrivals.

Also during your stay, rooms must be vacated by 10:30 a.m. to allow for daily tidying up and cleaning, please arrange your personal belongings in a sensible manner.

We would like to point out, that after 11:00 a.m., daily room cleaning is not guaranteed.

At the end of your stay, when checking out, you must return the room keys to the reception desk: if you lose the keys, you will be charged for the damage (30 €). 

In special cases where the guest needs to leave early, before the arrival of the hotel staff, he/she may leave the room keys in the lobby, above the reception desk.

 

LUGGAGE

Before Check In, or after Check Out, we offer our customers the possibility to deposit their luggage in the special compartment located in the corridor, allowing you to spend some time in Florence.

Usually, the staff stays at the facility from 8:30 am until 1:30 pm, in case your return to the facility to retrieve your luggage goes beyond this time, you can use the codes provided again to enter independently and retrieve your luggage.

NB: We kindly ask you to bring your personal items with you. 

Aramis Rooms declines all responsibility for the loss or theft of your belongings.

NOTES

Inside the room or bathroom you will find everything you need (blankets, pillows, towels, personal hygiene products, etc.), for any other needs please do not hesitate to ask, we will do our best to accommodate you.

Linen is changed every 3 days, except in exceptional cases.

Please have a correct and civilised use of the toilets, and avoid throwing material other than toilet paper into the toilet (use the bins provided).

Please take care to switch off the light, air conditioners, TV, and other equipment when you are out of the room.

Please only put water in the kettle provided by the hotel, it is strictly forbidden to put any other material in.

It is recommended to respect silence during the canonical hours of 10:30-8:00 p.m., and in any case please behave in such a way that at no time of the day you damage the tranquillity of the other guests. 

For hygienic reasons and possible allergies on the part of guests, animals are not allowed.

IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN

Smoking within the entire facility, under penalty of penalties listed by law.

Allowing guests to allow other unregistered persons inside the facility.

Preparing and consuming meals within the room.

Using liquor or drugs inside the facility.

Laying out wet clothes inside the rooms (if you need to lay out clothes, ask the facility staff).

Connecting any electrical appliances brought along (electric heaters, space heaters, gas cookers, etc.) to the electrical system, as they may cause damage to the facility, persons or property. 

Sit on the radiators located inside the room.

ANY DAMAGE

Any damage due to soiling or breakage caused to the facility or its annexes must be reported to the facility manager in order to assess the extent of the damage and possible reimbursement. 

Those who cause such damage are legally liable for it according to current regulations.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations and/or changes are FREE OF CHARGE, if requested within the specified/agreed terms.

In case of no-show, early departure or late arrival, a cancellation fee of 1 night will be charged.

For bookings of 4 nights and over, cancellations and/or changes will be FREE OF CHARGE if requested within the specified/agreed terms.

and must be sent by e-mail to info@aramisrooms.com otherwise a penalty equal to 50% of the total booking amount will be retained.

For these bookings, no-shows, early departures or late arrivals will incur a penalty of 50% of the booking total.

For bookings for small groups and for particular periods, the Management reserves the right to request an advance payment of a deposit to guarantee the booking and to provide a different cancellation policy from the default one that will be communicated at the time of booking.

In any case, the reservation must always be confirmed by Aramis Rooms. 

Aramis Rooms respects and protects your privacy according to the law 675/96 of the legislative decree n°196 of 30 June 2003.
